Welcome to my little corner of the internet.

So… I finally did it — I made a space on the internet that’s just mine. This is where I’ll be sharing bits and pieces of my life, my work as a fashion designer and entrepreneur, and the things I learn along the way. Think of it like my public journal, except with less “Dear Diary” and more “Hey, come sit with me while I talk about this cool thing I just discovered.”

I’ll be writing about all sorts of things:

  • My adventures in pattern making (including my attempts at zero-waste and minimal waste designs, because fabric scraps deserve better than the bin and they are harmful to the environment)
  • Behind-the-scenes of my creative process — the wins, the “oops” moments, and everything in between.
  • Little life lessons I pick up every day, whether it’s from my work, people I meet, or random rabbit holes I fall into.

Basically, if I’m comfortable sharing it, it might end up here. Some posts will be about fashion and design, others might be just about life, thoughts, and things I’m figuring out.

So if you like honest, unpolished, “come-as-you-are” kind of sharing… you’re in the right place.

About Me
Hi, I’m Fatima Olanipekun — an entrepreneur and a fashion designer with a love for modest wear, zero-waste design, and creativity. I’m endlessly curious and always learning something new, whether it’s a sewing technique, a life skill, or facts and life’s lessons. This blog is where I share those discoveries (and the occasional detour) with anyone who enjoys an honest peek behind the scenes.
