How to Take Body Measurements
HEIGHT/LENGTH: For accurate results, stand barefoot against a doorframe and measure from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. It’s even easier if someone helps you.
BUST: Wrap the tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your bust, extending across your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part), keeping the tape comfortably loose.
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually about 8 inches (20 cm) below your natural waist.
